You can use this opportunity to access me in my role as a 'sortist' or a 'sorter' regarding the production of programs or blocks of source code for arranging data into an ordered list for processing on mainframe or PC computers, anywhere in the world. I am authorized to use my own registered sorting algorithms or an alternative for major brands of mainframes, desktop and laptop computers and more recent hardware and software implementations, while individual special arrangements are possible for some other brands of computer subject to the manufacturer's agreement. I create the methods programs and run-time messages to comply with the appropriate law of the province state or country requesting the work to be done.
I can supply on a no-cost basis by e-mail or printout [excl. any disc postage costs] a small block of code to replace Bubblesort with a version of Selection sort appropriate to a country, which can arrange data or records up to a recommended 10000 records maximum in a much shorter runtime, but will use a little more RAM or mainframe store.
Other sort algorithms are available for use in fulfilling a request from an organization, company or state authority including Double Descending, Selector, Bag/sack/pot and Bucket or Container sorts for sequencing serial flat files or database extract files of upto billions of individual records, with multi-phase merging, subject to computer memory and mass-storage capacity constraints.
